You can create Mmme account in just a matter of few minutes. It is very simple and quick. All you need to do is install the Mmme application from Google play (for android) or Play Market (IOS) and open installed Mmme application and tap “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”.  Then simply fill the application form and submit. That’s it!

To add Family member tap “MY FAMILY” from navigation menu and simply add Child/Children, Parents, Extended family members and pets.

To add child profile you have to tap “MY FAMILY” from navigation bar and then go to “Add a Child”. You can add both records already born child and expecting child.  After you fill in your child’s profile, tap on “Save Profile” in the right upper corner.

From navigation menu tap “MY FAMILY” and then tap “Add a Pet”. After filling the pet’s profile, tap on “Save Profile” in the right upper corner.

If you want to change your device all you need to do is simply install Mmme application on your device and then login into Mmme with your credentials. As a verification we will send you SMS code to your registered in Mmme number. Once you confirm the code from SMS, you can start using your Mmme application on your new device.

To change your phone number tap PROFILE button from the navigation menu. Choose “Edit Personal Information” and tap on your phone number to edit it. After you have modified your number, simply click on VERIFY number.  Once you click verification you will receive SMS with verification PIN code. Enter the pin code and confirm verification. That’s all!

To change your e-mail address, click the PROFILE button from the navigation menu and choose “Edit Personal Information” and tap on your e-mail address and edit your e-mail. After you have modified your email, click VERIFY e-mail address and we will send confirmation email. Once you receive the confirmation email in your new email inbox simply open and click confirm and you will be switched to Mmme application where you will see your old email is removed and is updated with the new e-mail address.

To change your password, from navigation menu, tap PROFILE, from right upper corner. Choose “CHANGE PASSWORD”. Enter your current password, then enter your new password in next 2 fields and tap “Save” in upper right corner.

To recover your password, tap on login from WELCOME screen, you will be forwarded to LOG IN screen. TAP “Forgot Password?” where you will see popup menu on your screen with “Reset Password”. Tap on “Reset Password” and we will send you an e-mail with password recovery instructions.

To enlarge your space you will have to buy additional space in Mmme. There are various plans to enlarge your space in Mmme which you can edit anytime from your PROFILE.

To reduce your space, you have to change your plan to a cheaper plan. Tap PROFILE from navigation menu, you will see list of plans.  Edit your plan and select the one with less space.

To download the media simply tap on 3dot menu and click on “Download Photos”.

The payments methods offered are Google In-app purchase in case of Android devices and iTunes In-app purchase in case of iOS devices.
